When you use the TableTapBar App (staff management), we collect:

We collect certain device information to provide and improve our services:
- Device token (for push notifications)
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
1.4 Camera Access
The TableTap App (customer ordering app) requests camera permission solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes to select your table. We do not store, transmit, or share any images or video captured by your camera. Camera access is only used in real-time for QR code scanning functionality. The TableTapBar App (staff management app) does not request or use camera permissions.
1.5 Usage Data
We may collect information about how you interact with the Apps, including menu browsing, search queries, feature usage, and order management activities. This data helps us improve the Apps' functionality and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide Services: Process and fulfill your orders, manage your account, and facilitate communication between you and the restaurant or venue
- Authentication: Verify your identity and maintain your account session
- Real-time Updates: Send you notifications about order status and updates via our real-time communication system

We share your order information (including table selection, menu items, quantities, and special requests) with the restaurant or venue where you are placing your order. This is necessary to fulfill your order and provide you with service.

TableTap App (Customer Ordering): The TableTap App requests the following permissions:

- Camera: Used exclusively for scanning QR codes to select your table. No images are stored or transmitted.
- Notifications: Used to send you real-time updates about your order status
- Foreground Service: Required to maintain real-time communication with the restaurant or venue
TableTapBar App (Staff Management): The TableTapBar App requests the following permissions:
- Internet: Required to connect to our servers and manage orders
- Notifications: Used to send real-time updates about order status and management tasks
- Foreground Service: Required to maintain real-time communication for order management
Note: The TableTapBar App does not request camera permissions.
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Note that revoking certain permissions may limit or disable some App functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
